QQ是不開源的，原來是對外開放協議和介面的，後來也不開放了。可以找和QQ類似的即時通訊軟體的或者原來QQ的開源版本（都是開源社區的人自己開發的，現在大都不能用了）的源代碼看看，大體思路都差不多的。

您好，Bmob即時聊天demo包含了一個完整的即時通訊的App，功能包括：
支持好友管理功能，包括添加好友、刪除好友、獲取好友列表，也可以與你已有的用戶系統完全解耦；
支持的消息類型：純文本、聊天表情、圖片、位置等；
支持會話的本地化存儲；
自定義消息處理機制；
同一賬號多處登陸強制下線；
支持消息回執發送：已發送、已閱讀兩種狀態；
支持黑名單管理功能；
支持消息重發機制，由網路或者其他原因導致的消息發送失敗皆可點擊重發；
支持查看附近的人的功能；
支持語音聊天功能。
後期更新計劃：
增加在線、離線狀態的顯示；
