原因：1、插件沒有自動安裝。 2、Acrobat Reader設置錯誤。 一般情況下，《新編全醫葯學大詞典》在安裝時會將自己的一個插件自動添加到acrobat reader中去,用戶安裝詞典後即可在pdf文件中使用詞典,但是正確添加插件的前提是acrobat reader是正常安裝的,即注冊表中有acrobat reader的安裝路徑。不能取詞，可能是注冊表中沒有acrobat reader的安裝路徑,需要手工添加詞典的插件到acrobat reader中 解決辦法： 第一步： 首先找到詞典的安裝路徑,例如默認安裝路徑, c:\program files\kingyee\meddic\ 找到meddic 文件夾中的plugin文件夾打開,裡面有三個文件：RwAcrob4c.api,RwAcrob5c.api,RwAcrob6c.api; 如果是acrobat reader4.0就拷貝RwAcrob4c.api; 如果是acrobat reader5.0就拷貝RwAcrob5c.api; 如果是acrobat reader6.0就拷貝RwAcrob6c.api; 如果是acrobat reader7.0也拷貝RwAcrob6c.api; 第二步： 找到acrobat reader的安裝路徑,打開plug_ins文件夾,然後將拷貝的文件粘貼進來。然後重新啟動acrobat reader軟體。 第三步： 此時一般就可以翻譯pdf文件了。如果還是不行,就是acrobat reader還需要設置一下。 設置方法： 在中文版acrobat reader5.0中設置如下：選擇"編輯"菜單中的"首選項"菜單，在彈出的界面中左側列表中選中"選項"一項，然後在右側"啟動"面板中將"僅認證的增效工具"前的對勾去掉，再將右下角瀏覽方式設為單頁,最後重啟Acrobat reader即可。 在英文版acrobat reader5.0中設置的方法如下所示：選擇acrobat reader里的"edit"菜單，選擇"Preferences"中的"Options"。取消選擇"Certified Plug-ins only"選項前面的對勾。再將瀏覽方式設為single,然後重新啟動Acrobat Reader即可。 在中文版acrobat reader6.0中設置如下：選擇"編輯"菜單中的"首選項"，在彈出的界面的左側列表中選中"啟動"一項，然後在"啟動"面板中將"僅認證增效工具"前的選項去掉，再將右下角的瀏覽方式設為單頁,最後重啟Acrobat reader即可。 在英文版acrobat reader6.0中設置的方法如下：選擇acrobat reader里的"edit"菜單，選擇"Preferences"中的"startup"。取消選擇"Certified Plug-ins only"選項前面的對勾。再將瀏覽方式設為single,然後重新啟動Acrobat Reader即可。 在中文版acrobat reader7.0中設置如下：選擇"編輯"菜單中的"首選項"，在彈出的界面的左側列表中選中"啟動"一項，然後在"啟動"面板中將"僅認證增效工具"前的選項去掉，再將右下角的瀏覽方式設為單頁,最後重啟Acrobat reader即可。 在英文版acrobat reader7.0中設置的方法如下：選擇acrobat reader里的"edit"菜單，選擇"Preferences"中的"startup"。取消選擇"Certified Plug-ins only"選項前面的對勾。再將瀏覽方式設為single,然後重新啟動Acrobat Reader即可。 註：1、如果對有的pdf文件可以取詞，有的不能，那是和pdf文件的格式有關,如果PDF有密碼也不能取詞,請去掉PDF的密碼。 詳細請參考： pdf文件的四種格式： 格式一： 普通的pdf文件，英文和中文都不是嵌入式字體，可以對文字進行復制、查找； 格式二： 含有嵌入式字體的pdf文件， 一般只是中文嵌入，可以對文字進行復制、查找； 格式三： 進行過加密設置的pdf文件，表層為圖，內含嵌入字體，可以對文字進行查找，但不能復制； 格式四： 進行過加密設置的pdf文件，表層為圖，不含嵌入字體，和圖片格式沒有什麼區別，不能對文字進行復制、查找； 《新編全醫葯學大詞典》支持情況： 格式一： 完全支持，既可對英語取詞、也對漢語取詞，屏幕取詞功能正常。 格式二： 因為內嵌中文字體，只能對英文取詞，如需對中文取詞，需要下載升級包（見下載中心）。 格式三： 不能取詞,但是可以用"advanced PDF password Recovery"這個軟體將其解密,然後就可以取詞了。 格式四： 暫時無法解決。 註： 如果在中文系統下安裝的是英文版Acrobat Reader，且不能對格式一、二中含有的中文字體的文章進行取詞，可能是嵌入的是Acrobat Reader的專用字體，需要安裝Acrobat Reader的中文語言包（見下載中心），一般就會解決問題了。 中文語言包安裝方法: 下載後,雙擊運行,按提示選擇安裝路徑,如:Acrobat Reader安裝路徑為"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\",則選擇的路徑也是"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\". 由於現在還沒有針對6.0的語言包，可以把5.0的語言包安裝到6.0的目錄下，同樣可以解決"嵌入Acrobat Reader專用字體"的PDF文件的取詞問題。 另外,Acrobat Reader最好要安裝在C盤上，我一開始就是裝在D盤上，怎麼改也不行.後來改裝在C盤上就可以了。
