⑤ 為什麼PDF列印時標記和出血沒法選擇
菜單:編輯\首選項\頁面顯示:顯示文章、裁切、出血框注意,還需要PDF本身帶有出血,如果導出PDF的時候沒有保留出血,就沒有出血。出血線:在印刷的版上印刷不會那麼精準每次印刷都是大量的令數(紙張計算方式)跟台數(只計算方式) 而在裁的時候如果沒有出血線那麼印後裁出來的東西會可能會上下左右其中一邊畫面沒辦法滿版所以呢,出血線主要是讓印刷畫面超出那條線然後在裁的時候就算有一點點的偏差也不會讓印出來的東西做廢。一般出血線都是留3毫米,但是不是絕對的,也可以留出來5毫米,這由紙張的厚度,和具體的要求而決定。留出血線只有一個目的,那就是為了畫面更加美觀,更加便於印刷。

3 分類和標記Classification and Marking
3.1 分類Classification
產品按有無復合層分類,無復合層的為N 類、用纖維單面復合的為L 類、織物內增強的為W 類。每類產
品按理化性能分為I 型和II 型。
Proct is classified by felt: type N refers to proct without felt, type L to proct with single-ply fibre,
type W to proct with fabric reinforcement. Every type of proct is classified into kind Ⅰand Ⅱ
based on physical property.
3.2 規格Specification
卷材長度規格為10m、15m、20m。
The length range of membrane: 10m, 15m, and 20m.
厚度規格為:1.2mm、1.5mm、2.0mm。

The thickness range: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm.
其他長度、厚度規格可由供需雙方商定,厚度規格不得小於1.2mm。
Other specifications about length and thickness shall be determined by suppliers and buyers, the
thickness specification shall not be less than 1.2mm.
3.3 標記Marking
按產品名稱(代號PVC 卷材)、外露或非外露使用、類、型、厚度、長×寬和標准順序標記。
Proct is marked in the following sequence: proct name(Code PVC membrane),exposed or
non-exposed, class, type, thickness, length × width and standard number.

4.1 尺寸偏差Dimensional deviation
長度、寬度不小於規定值的99.5%。

4.2 外觀Appearance
4.2.1 卷材的接頭不多於一處,其中較短的一段長度不少於1.5m,接頭應剪切整齊,並加長150mm。

4.2.2 卷材表面應平整、邊緣整齊,無裂紋、孔洞、粘結、氣泡和疤痕。

5 試驗方法Test methods
5.1 標准試驗條件Standard testing condition
溫度:(23±2)oC。Temperature:( 23±2)℃
相對濕度:(60±15)%。Relative humidity:(60±15)%
5.2 試件制備Preparation of test pieces

將被測樣品在標准試驗條件下放置24h,按圖1 表4 裁取所需試件,試件距卷材邊緣不小於100mm。裁切
織物增強卷材時應順著織物的走向,盡量使工作部位有最多的纖維根數。
Put sample in the standard testing condition for 24 hours, and then cut the required test pieces as
specified in figure 1 table 4.The test pieces shall be at least 100mm away from the edge of membrane.
Membrane with fabric reinforcement shall be cut along with fabric direction and try to make as much as
filaments on test pieces.
5.3 尺寸偏差Dimensional deviation
5.3.1 用最小分度值為1mm 的捲尺在卷材兩端和中部三處測量寬度、長度,以長度的平均值乘以寬度的平
均值得到每卷卷材的面積。若有接頭,以量出的兩段長度之和減去150mm 計算。
Measure the width and length at three points on two ends and middle part of membrane by tapeline with
an minimum scale of1mm), then calculate the area per roll membrane by multiplying mean length with
mean width. If there』s joint, calculate after 150mm minus from the sum length value of two segments.

5.3.2 厚度Thickness
5.3.2.1N 類、W 類卷材厚度Membrane thickness(Class N and W)
N 類、W 類卷材厚度用分度值為0.01mm、壓力為(22±5)kPa、接觸面直徑為6mm 的厚度計測量,保
持時間為5s。在卷材寬度方向測量5 點,距卷材長度方向邊緣(100±15)mm 向內各取一點,在這兩點
中均分取其餘3 點,以5 點的平均值作為卷材的厚度,並報告最小單值。
Measure thickness of Class N and W membranes with thickness gauge, which has 0.01mm scale value,
(22±5) Kpa pressure, and a contact surface of.6 mm in diameter. Hold 5 seconds. Measure 5 points
along the width direction of membrane, and set 2points at a distance of (100±15)mm away from the
edge of membrane along the length direction. Then take another 3 points between intervals of the 2
points. The mean value of the indivial value of 5 points shall be considered as thickness of membrane,
and the minimum indivial value shall be reported. .
5.3.2.2L 類卷材厚度Membrane thickness(Class L)
5.3.2.2.1 讀數顯微鏡:最小分度值0.01mm,放大倍數最小20 倍。
Reading microscope: minimum scale value is 0.01mm, with a minimum magnification of 20 times.
5.3.2.2.2L 類纖維單面復合卷材按5.3.2.1 在5 點處各取一塊50mm×50mm 試樣,在每塊試樣上沿寬度方
向用薄的鋒利刀片,垂直於試樣表面切取一條約50mm×2mm 的試條,注意不使試條的切面變形(厚度
方向的斷面)。將試條的切面向上,置於讀數顯微鏡的試樣台上,讀取卷材聚氯乙烯層厚度(不包括纖維
層),對於表面壓花紋的產品,以花紋最外端切線位置計算厚度。每個試條上測量4 處,厚度以5 個試條
共20 處數值的平均值表示,並報告20 處中的最小單值。
For membrane with single-ply fibre felt(Class L), take two test pieces(50mm×50mm) at 5 points
mentioned in5.3.2.1, then cut a strip(50mm×2mm) vertical to the surface of test pieces with sharp blade.
Try to avoid any deformation at cut face (refers to section in thickness direction) of the strip. Make cut
face of the strip upward; put it on the test table of reading microscope to get the thickness of polyvinyl
chloride layer (exclude fibre layer). For proct with embossing on the surface, calculate thickness
based on the thickness at the furthest t tangent position of embossing. For each strip, 4 points shall be
measured and the mean value of indivial value of all 20 points for the 5 strips be considered as the
thickness, and the minimum indivial value shall be reported.
5.4 外觀Appearance
卷材外觀用目測方法檢查。
The membrane shall be visually examined for appearance.
5.5 拉伸性能Tensile property
5.5.1 拉力試驗機:能同時測定拉力與延伸率,保證拉力測試值在量程的20%~80%間,精度1%;能夠達
到(250±50)mm/min 的拉伸速度,測長裝置測量精度1mm。

force test value within 20`80% of scale, with an accuracy of 1%; with a tension speed of (250±
50)mm/min, and length measure to an accuracy of 1mm.
5.5.2N 類卷材拉伸性能Tensile property of membrane(Class N)
5.5.2.1 試驗步驟Test procere
試件按圖1 表4 要求裁取,採用符合GB/T528-1998 中7.1 規定的啞鈴I 型如圖2 所示試件,拉伸速度(250
±50)mm/min,夾具間距約75mm,標線間距離25mm。用5.3.2.1 要求的厚度計測量標線及中間3 點的
厚度,取中值作為試件厚度。

test piece in line with GB/T528-1998 as shown in figure 2, tensile speed (250±50)mm/min, distance
between grips is 75mm, distance between marking lines 25mm. Measure the thickness of marking lines
and 3 points in the center by thickness gauge as specified in sub clause 5.3.2.1 of GB/T58-1998, take
the mean value as thickness of test piece.
將試件置於夾持器中心夾緊,不得歪扭,開動拉力試驗機。讀取試件的最大拉力P,試件斷裂時標線間的
長度L1,若試件在標線外斷裂,數據作廢,用備用試件補做。

比如說,我想用這塑料做一個零件,先照原來尺寸做了一個用了幾天裂了,找問題的時候經過計算發現某點吃力較大,校核時算得按這個厚度必須強度達到600MPa才能扛得住,這個材料能不能行?到表上一查,抗拉強度527MPa,肯定不行,那怎麼辦?增加厚度可以解決,那就增加厚度。 如果表中沒有那個強度數據你怎麼知道材料行不行?這就是數據的價值。你的問題在於算不出那600MPa,所以527寫在那對你並沒什麼用。
