『貳』 CATTI二級與三級的區別

有以下三點區別：

1、筆試內容

三級筆試主要包括綜合能力和翻譯實務：

綜合能力總分100分，時間120分鍾：詞彙和語法共60道選擇題，分值為60分；閱讀理解共30道選擇題，分值為30分；完形填空分值為10分。翻譯實務總分100分，時間180分鍾，包括英譯漢和漢譯英各一篇，兩篇合計1000詞左右，各50分。

二級筆譯主要包括綜合能力和翻譯實務：

綜合能力總分100分，時間120分鍾：詞彙和語法共60道選擇題，分值為60分；閱讀理解共30道選擇題，分值為30分；完形填空分值為10分。翻譯實務總分100分，時間180分鍾，包括英譯漢2篇，900詞左右，漢譯英2篇，600字左右。

2、能力標准

通過三級筆譯考試意味著具備一定的翻譯能力，但是需要翻譯輔助校對，可以申請助理翻譯職稱；通過二級筆譯考試意味著能夠獨立完成各種翻譯實戰工作。

3、 難度

與二級相比較，三級筆譯考試難度更低，翻譯原文的難度以及對一譯文的要求都相對較低。同時要通過二級筆譯需要比三級更多的詞彙量。

初級口譯或初級筆譯

通過者雖未經職業翻譯訓練，但可承擔一般性會談的口譯工作或可承擔一般性材料的翻譯工作。考試對象為英語專業大專及本科二年級以上學生、非英語專業通過大學英語六級考試者和其他具有同等水平的各類英語學習者（工作者）。

中級口譯或中級筆譯

通過者有一定的職業翻譯訓練基礎，可以勝任多種場合的口譯工作，口譯質量較高；或基本勝任各種非專業性材料的翻譯工作，翻譯質量較高。考試對象為英語專業本科畢業生或研究生和其他具有同等水平的各類英語學習者（工作者）。

高級口譯或高級筆譯

通過者受過嚴格的職業翻譯訓練，有一定的口譯實踐，可以勝任各種場合的口譯或同聲傳譯工作，口譯質量高；或勝任各種文件的翻譯工作，翻譯質量高。考試對象為英語專業本科優秀畢業生或研究生和其他具有同等水平的、有一定翻譯實踐經驗的各類英語學習者（工作者）。

考試證書由教育部考試中心和北京外國語大學聯合頒發。各個類別和級別的證書都是獨立的，考生可以根據自身的情況選取考試類別和級別。

00602 口譯與聽力

一、考試說明

1．高級聽力考試

1）高級聽力考試為水平考試，考試方式為考生聽錄音磁帶，同時答題目。答卷分試題和答題紙兩部分。考試全長約70分種，其中前60分鍾為考生聽錄音答題時間（具體時值以錄音實際長度為准）。錄音結束後，考生有10分鍾額外的時間把答案謄寫到答題卡上。

2）考試題型
高級聽力考試共有四個部分（Section）。其中前兩部分為客觀題，形式為單項選擇，即A、B、C、D四項中選一項。後兩部分為主觀題，形式為書面回答。總分值為50分。

3）題型說明

這一部分 簡要新聞理解（14分）

這部分由7段簡要新聞(news in brief)級成。主要為國際主要英語媒體如BBC、VOA、CNN、NPR、MSNBC等的簡要新聞報道。每段新聞相應在試題中有兩個單項選擇題。每段新聞的錄音播放兩遍，然後考生有30秒時間答題。

第二部分 詳細報道理解（10分）

第一部分由兩段較長的錄音構成。形式不一，一般是國際主要英語媒體的對新聞事件的詳細報道（news in detail），也可能是國外廣播電視英語節目的節選。每段報道相應在試題中有五個單項選擇題。每段報道錄音播放兩遍，然後考生有一分鍾時間答題。

第三部分 詳細報道內容摘要（20分）

這一部分由兩段較長的錄音構成，性質同第二部分相同。針對每一段錄音，考試卷面上將給出有關該錄音內容的兩或三個關鍵片語，要求考生根據所聽內容寫出和關鍵片語相關的信息。錄音播放兩遍，每一遍後留有一分鍾間隙供考生書寫答案。

第四部分 聽寫（6分）

在這一部分考生將聽到一篇150-200詞的錄音。錄音的文字印在卷面，上面有六處空白，要求考生把空白處的文字聽寫出來。每個空的文字量5詞左右。錄音連續不間斷地播放三遍。

2．口譯考試

1）口譯考試為水平考試。形式考官司面試。從考試的客觀公平出發，每位考生必須同時接受至少兩位考官司的測評。口譯的內容事先錄制在磁帶上，屆時為考生播放，考生做即席口譯。

2）考試程序
口譯考試分為兩部分，漢譯英和英譯漢。

漢譯英部分

漢譯英部分分兩個階段進行。
第一階段是單句口譯，總計15分。考生將聽到4句話，每句中文30字左右。內容涉及日常生活、外事安排、中國國情、中國文化等。每一句的錄音播放之後，考生應在30秒內譯出該句。
第二階段是段落口譯，計10分。考生將聽到1分鍾左右的講話錄音。錄音共播放兩遍。第一遍不間斷從頭播到尾，第二遍錄音播放時，在每一句播放過後考生有30秒時間口譯該句。這一階段的考試考生可以做筆記。

英譯漢部分

英譯漢部分分兩個階段進行。
第一階段是單句口譯，總計15分。考生將聽到4句話，每句英語30詞左右。內容涉及日常生活、外國人在華生活、國際事務等。每一句的錄音播放之後，考生應在30秒內譯出該句。
第二階段是段落口譯，計10分。考生將聽到1分鍾左右的講話錄音。錄音共播放兩遍。第一遍不間斷從頭播至尾，第二遍錄音播放時，在每一句播放過後考生有30秒時間口譯該句。這一階段的考試考生可以做筆記。

3）口譯總體要求
全部或絕大部分信息被譯出，譯法准確得當，重點詞彙翻譯准確，語音地道，語流順暢，基本上一次完成，允許有少許自然停頓。

三、學習方法

由於客觀條件的限制，加上廣大自考生不能像在校重建了樣有很多時間投入到外語實踐這一情況，學好「高級聽力與口譯」對他們來說有著相當的難度。高級聽力和口譯要求學習者有很大的語言輸入和語言實踐，僅僅依靠課本，顯然是不夠的。課本只是給學生提供了一個學習的框架，真正水平的提高要靠平時的自學。

要想提高聽力理解能力，首先釘保證語言素材的大量輸入。本科段的高級聽力給考生提出了更高的要求，既在實踐層次上的要求——聽真實材料。考生不能把目光只盯在教科書上，翻來覆去地聽課本所配磁帶是不會有大長進的。盡管對絕大多數考生來說不存在平時使用英語的環境，但這並不是說就沒有辦法了。應該說雖然英語在中國的使用從總體來講還是相當有限，但今天的改革開放和信息社會已經使英語無處不在。世界上主要媒體如BBC、VOA、CNN、NPR、CCTV-9等的播音節目都可能通過電視或互聯網上獲得。英語國家的大報如Washington Post、New York Times 等都在互聯網上提供新聞廣播或錄象服務。國內目前有大量的各種英語原聲雜志和琳琅滿目的英語原版電影的DVD光碟。這些都是練習聽力的上好原材料。在練習聽的時候，要注意方法，講求收效。練習聽力要保持從材料中索取信息的興趣和興奮度，保證定時定量，把握難易度，根據不同的材料性質決定精聽和泛聽。聽時最好有錄音原文的文字稿，這樣可以對照地學習，搞清楚是什麼地方沒有聽懂，沒有聽懂的原因，這樣才有所積累。才能逐步地提高聽力水平。

在口譯學習上，考生需要付出的勞動更多。口譯是一種復雜的綜合的語言技能，它對大多數英語學習者來說是陌生的，有挑戰性的。練習口譯注意抓住幾個方面。一是英語水平的培養。口譯幾乎可以說是包括全部語言技能在內的一種綜合技能。平時口譯的機會很少，學習者可以多做一些筆譯練習，打下扎實的外語語言基本功。經常注意英漢兩種語言在表達法甚至兩種文化在思維定勢上的差異，逐漸擺脫中式英語，向地道的英語邁進。二是口譯工作帶有鮮明的時代特點。隨著社會的發展，新的語匯和新的表達法不斷地涌現，這就要求學習者在平時注意觀察和積累。把對同一事件的中英文兩種報道對照地學習，不失為一種好辦法。三要注意口譯工作自身的特點，即譯員必須及時地且獨立地完成口譯。這就意味著掌握好准確性和靈活性的結合。實質性的內容性必須准無誤地譯出。而一些詩句、成語、俚語、俗語、個人習慣用語等則要靈活處理，譯成對方文化易於理解的接受的內容。

一、課程內容

本課程的學習內容主要圍繞本課程的指定教材《英語中級聽力》（ Listen to This:2）。全書共36課，每課由三個部分組成。每一課的主要學習內容包括生詞表、文化背景注釋和配套練習等三個部分。

二、考核目標

本課程是一門訓練聽力的單項技能課，其考核目標為；聽懂英語國家人士關於日常生活和社會生活的交談以及難度相當於TOEFL中的Mini-talk等中等難度的聽力材料，理解中心大意，抓住主要論點，並能就所給的材料進行問答、復述和討論。

Ⅲ、有關說明與實施要求

一、關於課程內容和考試目標

以上列出的課程學習內容和考核目標，將作為考生學習和考試命題的主要依據。考生應圍繞本課程的指定教材，按要求全面系統地學習和掌握全書每一課的主要學習內容。聽力考試是對應試者英語聽力技能的綜合測試。考生應通過英語聽力自學考試教材的學習和訓練，完成教材中的練習，循序漸進地提高聽力理解能力。考試命題范圍將主要圍繞教材里的訓練技能，如辨音、單句理解、對話理解並回答問題、短文理解、獲取住處及回答問題、短文理解及判斷正誤等。命題應根據考核目標來把握試題的知識能力層次和難易程度，題型從點到線到面，即從詞彙、到單句、小對話、較長的對話、短文，從易到難，循序漸進。

二、關於自學教材和學習方法

本課程所指定的教材為《英語中級聽力》（ Listen to This:2），何其莘等編，外語教學與研究出版社。

本課程包括生詞表、文化背景注釋和配套練習三個部分。考生學習時應事先熟悉生詞表中列出的詞彙，並閱讀文化背景注釋。書中某些課文含有根據上下文推測、記筆記和整理講座提綱等學習方法訓練的內容，還包括對這些練習的示範說明，考生在做這部分練習時應熟悉這些訓練的目的和要求。此外，考生應處理好聽力課與其他課程的關系。應該知道，除了多聽錄音、多做練習之外，對語音語調的正確把握、豐富的詞彙和語匯、寬闊的文化背景知識面等，對於提高英語聽力技能是極其重要的，而這些綜合的語言知識和語言技能的學習和掌握，與其他課程（中英語口語、閱讀、語法、寫作、英語國家概況等）的學習是分不開的。

三、關於考試形式、內容和成績評定

英語聽力考試的形式是筆試。題型均為多項選擇類的客觀題。考試分五大部分。

第一部分：辨音。（佔20％。共10題，每題2分。）

要求考生聽完一句錄音後，從卷面上所給的四個讀音類似的單詞中找出一個錄音句子中含有的單詞。錄音句子讀兩遍。

第二部分：單句理解（佔20％。共20題，每題1分。）

要求考生聽完一句錄音後，從卷面上所給的四個句子中選出一句意思最為接近的句子。錄音句子讀兩遍。

第三部分：對話理解、回答提問（佔20％。共20題，每題1分。）

要求考生聽完一男一女的兩人小對話後，回答第三人的一句提問，答案從卷面所提供的四個句子中選擇。對話及提問的錄音放兩遍。

第四部分：短文理解、回答提問（佔20％。共10題，每題2分。）

要求考生聽完一篇約200個單詞的短文後，回答3－4個問題。問題列在卷面上，答案從卷面所提供的四個句子中選擇。共三篇短文。短文錄音放兩遍。

第五部分；短文理解、判斷正誤（佔20％。共10題，每題2分。）

要求考生聽完一篇約600個單詞的短文後，就短文內容判斷10個句子的正誤。10個句子均列在卷面上。短文錄音放兩遍。

整個聽力考試約為60分鍾。要求考生邊聽錄音、邊讀試卷，同時在答題卡上做答。採用標准答體卡答卷，機器閱卷。滿分為100分，60分為及格。

In 1911, a penniless young man left Englan d for America. His future was uncertain, but he did not believe it could be worse than his past.
