解:1、加工工藝
1)加工工藝的確定。
裝夾定位的確定:直接採用平口鉗進行裝夾。
編程坐標系的確定:以工件對稱點為程序編程坐標系。
工件坐標系的確定:採用G54工作坐標系,即編程坐標系的原點。
刀具加工起刀的確定:刀具起刀點位置為刀具端面與工件表面(0,0)點Z向距離100MM處。
工藝路線的確定:進/退點採用輪廓延長線或切線切入和切出。切削進給路線採用順銑銑削方式,即外輪廓走刀路線為順時針,內輪廓為逆時針。
2)加工刀具的確定。
