2ctrl+e打开到这丛塌个项渗局圆目
3删除assets，src，res
4复制聊天项目assets，src，res，libs，AndroidManifest.xml到这个项目腊简
5eclipse中右键这个新项目 refresh，然后看报错内容

QQ是不开源的，原来是对外开放协议和接口的，后来也不开放了。可以找和QQ类似的即时通讯软件的或者原来QQ的开源版本（都是开源社区的人自己开发的，现在大都不能用了）的源代码看看，大体思路都差不多的。
